New Entity, LLC Review

I made this site to warn people about my experience working with Steve Angelo and the New Entity team. I wish I had known more when I was making my decision.

When I met Steve he was charming and knowledgable. He assured me I would be in good hands. He said all the right things.

I signed a contract for the job. Right away everything changed. Steve passed me off to his construction manager. This new guy, not Steve, ended up managing the vast majority of our job, and he did it extremely poorly. His work was not of the high quality we were promised and paid for - it was riddled with careless mistakes. Amazingly, that person even passed us over to his second-in-command at one point. We had become stuck in a web of subcontractors with almost no oversight and accountability. I only saw Steve a handful of times after signing a contract.

I ended up having to manage almost every aspect of the job myself. Things were missed, done poorly, and had to be re-done constantly. Items were damaged. It was a nightmare.

The job took years and we lost tens of thousands of dollars. I wish we had known.

You may notice New Entity has no reviews on any site, even their Facebook has no connections or verification from previous clients.

Now I know why.
